This handy stainless black wire balustrade kit is used for staircase runs between metals posts, or where angles are required. Features a 5mm x 1/8" (3.2mm) Jaw & Swage Bottlescrew Turnbuckle, a 5mm x 1/8" (3.2mm) Fork Terminal with both connected to M6 Mini Eye Bolts threaded into M6 Rivet Nuts.
Suitable for 3.2mm wire including 7x7, 1x19 and 7x19 constructions. Because 1x19 wire rope has a higher tensile strength and is less flexible than 7x7 and 7x19, it is very commonly used with stainless swage fittings such as with this kit. 1x19 is smoother and more aesthetically pleasing than 7x7 or 7x19.
All in blackened stainless steel , these fittings require hydraulic swaging/crimping with an entry level 5T light duty hydraulic swaging tool (see notes below on the use of tools and hardened dies) or via a 30T Hydraulic Swaging Press.

Also recommended is the multi tool spanner to simply and easily adjust the tensioners.
Please note the use of hardened dies, heavy duty hydraulic swaging tools (including the 8T and 12T hydraulic tools) and other swaging procedures are not recommended as it will impact the finish of the final product and are not covered under standard product warranty.

USE a mild, pH neutral cleaner, such as orange citrus or mild detergent with a non-abrasive cloth.
