Yes we can allow pickups for online orders. Payment must be made prior to pickup/online.

• We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up
• Orders generally take 2-3 hours to be ready. Please call if it's urgent

Stocked items can be picked up from our office at 14A Levanswell Rd, Moorabbin VIC 3189. 

We stock most items we sell through our website.

Should you select “local pick-up” on submission of your order, your products shall be available for collection Monday – Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 (AEST) excluding public holidays.  If you'd like to pickup over the weekend, please contact us by phone to arrange.

Click & Collect - Order-In Items, Special Order Items, Call to Order Items and Bulky Freight

Due to supply chain pressures, Items that require ordering-in may incur a fee to cover the transit of the item to the point of collection. These are generally items that are not stocked although this can include other items. The fee will vary depending on the quantity and item.

For items that we order in, there may be a delay in pickup times, or the goods may be available direct from one of our supplier's warehouses nationally.  Just give us a call and we'll see if we can help! These may include **Special Order** and Call to Order items.

Are you located in NSW, QLD, WA or SA?

For some products we sell, pickup directly from our supplier's warehousing is possible (frequently in NSW, QLD, WA and SA).

If you'd like to pickup the goods urgently, then give us a call on 1300 309 764 and we'll arrange it for you.
