Wire Balustrade Kit #91 – Jaw/Swage Mini System (Timber)
$7.39
This tidy little wire balustrade system is more compact thank most systems, making it really great for 1000mm or less runs, on either flat or angled (stair) sections. Due to the smaller amount of adjustment in the bottlescrew thread, for longer runs we recommend kit #1 as an alternative. The lag eye screws are inserted into the timber post and the end fittings pivot to level or adjust to the required angle. So neat! Suits 3.2mm wire rope. Requires hydraulic swaging.

Perfect to use with 3.2mm 7x7 and 1x19 wire rope.
All in stainless steel 316. These fittings require hydraulic swaging.
You can purchase hand held hydraulic swaging tools, or you can rent our 30T hydraulic press (Melbourne only).
It's recommended to use a purpose built lag eye screw driver bit to easily drive the lag eye screws into your timber posts (pre-drilling recommended).
Also recommended is the multi tool spanner to simply and easily adjust the tensioners.
