Situated near the beach this project needed to look great and be easy to maintain. The mirror finish on these posts created a brilliant aesthetic and makes it easier to maintain than satin finish. All in Marine Grade Stainless Steel 316 these posts and wire balustrade have higher corrosion protection.

The 'Standard' range of posts are pre-made posts for horizontal wire balustrade to the most common specification. Ready to go off the shelf. The come with pre-tapped threads on the ends and corners, and holes drilled for intermediate posts. You can find more about them here.

Custom fabrication for posts on and connecting to stairs is always required, which the fabrication team, along with exceptional specifications and design work from Tom, delivered on. This project contained a difficult transition from a stair section to an angled part of the deck (on the right of the image). With good coordination, installation and ideation with Tom the posts were made to specification and easy to install.

Minor details, such as allowing saddle tops to be cut on site made installation of the handrail easier.
